Our Newest Salad Obsession

With summer right around the corner, there’s nothing we love more than throwing together our favorite salad to go along with our festive mood. We love this salad packed full of yummy ingredients like succulent watermelon, cherry tomatoes and candied walnuts. Enjoyed by both adults and kids alike, this refreshing salad is guaranteed to have you craving for seconds.

1 lb Seedless Watermelon (cut into 1” cubes)

1 Cup Arugula

2 Cup Romaine (Chopped)

½ Cup Candied Walnuts or Almonds

½ Cup Cherry Tomatoes

¼ Cup of Corn

¼ Cup of Finely Chopped Red Onions

¼ Cup of Finely Cut Cucumbers

½ Peach (cut into 1” cubed)

1 Avocado (Thinly sliced)

½ cup Crumbled Feta

Make sure to combine the tomatoes, onions, peaches, and cucumbers in a separate bowl and mix into the green when ready to avoid making the salad too wet. This separation technique is also useful if you plan on placing the salad in the fridge for use at a later time.
