Coarse salt, for the rim

2 ounces gin

4 ounces grapefruit juice

Lemon wedge, or lime wedge, for garnish
1. Gather the ingredients.
2. Rim a Collins glass with salt: Rub a lemon or lime wedge around the rim, then roll it in a shallow dish of coarse salt.
3. Fill the glass with ice and add the gin and juice. Stir well.
4. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge.
Serve and enjoy.
