• How do I redeem my points?
  Points can be redeemed at checkout and Scent Club members can apply points towards an upcoming Scent Club box by selecting “Choose Reward” and clicking “Apply”. The minimum amount of points required to redeem is 50 points. In order to redeem 50 or 100 points, the purchase minimum must be $30. To redeem 150 and 200 points, the purchase minimum must be $50.
• Can I use my points towards my subscriptions?
  Yes, you may redeem your points towards your upcoming Scent Club box, with the exception of your initial box. Points can be applied within your account for your monthly box. As a Scent Club member, you can combine your 20% member’s discount with your points.
• Can my points be combined with other promotional offers?
  No, your points can not be combined with other promotional offers. If you’re a Scent Club member your points can also be combined with your Scent Club member’s discount at check out or applied to your upcoming Scent Club box.
• I’ve redeemed points on an order that I ended up returning. Will I get my points back?
  Yes, your points are refunded back onto your account. You can see your points activity on your Rewards History. Additionally, any points earned with a purchase will also be reversed if the order is cancelled or returned.
• Do points expire?
  Yes, points expire 12 months after they’re earned. Each time you earn points, those points have their own expiration date based on the day they were earned. Earning more points doesn’t extend the life of existing points, and only unused points expire.
