Your first rollie will be processed after checkout. Your limited-edition scent will ship next month at the member's exclusive price of $20. You can always change your ship date, choose a different rollie scent, skip, or cancel anytime.
Skylar orders process and ship Monday - Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Most orders that are placed before 12 PM PST will ship the same day but processing sometimes can take up to 2 business days. If you need to make any edits after placing an order, please chat in or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Once an order is shipped, you will receive an order with the tracking number. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to update once received.
Free Standard Ground Shipping is available within the contiguous United States on orders over $50 (excluding discounts/promotions and tax).

As part of our 30-day happiness guarantee, we offer a no-hassle return or exchange policy within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return or exchange your item for any reason during that time and can set it up here. We do need the email address and order number in order to set up the return or exchange. We do not accept returns for Scent Club Subscription Gifting (only exchanges). Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.
Once received at the warehouse, processing can take up to 3 days. Due to extra precautions our warehouse has been taking, returns/exchanges can now take up to 6 days to process once received. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Once a refund is processed, it can take 3-10 business days to show up on your account.
Products that have been purchased outside of skylar.com can not be returned through Skylar.
